解决办法：
e/phpnow/Apache/conf/extra/httpd-info.conf
找到httpd-info.conf文件暂时删除31行至35行 安装完成后请恢复
<Location /server-info>
SetHandler server-info
Order deny,allow
Deny from all
Allow from 127.0.0.1
然后cmd 重新运行安装命令
E:\phpnow>init.cmd
